December 2009 - Please be advised that the 2010 Winter Term begins on January 11, 2010. The Start and End dates for OPME courses coincide with RMC's published Undergraduate Calendar (Term) dates. All students taking courses delivered through DNDLearn will have access to the on-line course and materials from January 11, 2010 to the end of the term. Please keep in mind that once the end of term has been closed, students will no longer have access to the courses on DNDLearn. All exams/assignments must be completed and submitted in accordance to the Course Assessment Scheme due dates as indicated in the course content. You will not be able to view or see your courses on DNDLearn until the start of the term. Should you wish to begin your studies earlier, your course package that you should have or will receive, contains a back-up of the on-line course materials.
Presently within DNDLearn, many students have multiple learner accounts. CDA (Canadian Defence Academy) has undertaken a project to resolve this issue. To solve the ongoing problem of multiple learner accounts in DNDLearn, all students will receive an e-mail from the cda.dndlearn team with a new login account number (DL+6 numbers) and password, which is to be used for DNDLearn only. If you encounter difficulties logging into your account, please contact cda.dndlearnteam@forces.gc.ca or by telephone (during regular business hours), at 1-888-486-4743.
Your old account numbers which begin with P or E will still be valid for the OPME and RMC portals respectively.
01 Dec 2008 - RMC DCS has endeavoured to provide you with a more user friendly OPME website that complies with the implementation of the mandated Common Look and Feel 2.0 (CLF 2.0) Internet standards, for all government websites. Due to the many website changes, presently occurring throughout DND, you may experience temporary problems such as broken links to other websites. We ask for your patience and cooperation during this transition period.
If you should experience problems please send an e-mail to opme@rmc.ca to advise us. We will look into the issue and have the problem fixed as quickly as possible.
